Green Furniture Sweden - A name to remember...

Green Furniture Sweden is among the new era of Swedish design companies that has eco design as their proud agenda. The Green Furniture Award is handed out to new designers every year and the winners can claim 15.000 dollars and most important of all will most likely have their design in production. Johan Berhin is the designer behind this company probably already the most important eco design company to watch in Sweden.

Among interesting furniture is absolutely the bean bags in coffee sacks. Normal coffe sacks that has transported coffee for instance for Columbia to Stockholm or Copenhagen. Each piece is individual as print vary. Also the Blockshelf by Amy Hunting is worth notice, consist of wood pieces that is cut offs for flooring. Perfect eco design.
